Back in October 2023, we hosted a call explaining the opportunity in the C$ Preferred Share market. It was becoming as dislocated as it was in 2017, when we last too advantage and ran a Special Mandate.
Preferred Shares are not well understood and very difficult to value properly. Thankfully, we both understand them and have a powerful proprietary model to help us value them (we showed those on the call over a year ago parts of that model).
