Liz MacDonald recently retired from Toys R Us Canada where she held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Store Planning. She oversaw a team of 27 people and was responsible for the marketing functions which included: brand management, advertising – traditional and omni-channel, public relations, special events and store design.
Liz is bilingual, and proudly holds two degrees and a certificate from York University: a Masters of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, a BA in Physical Education and a Certificate in Sport Administration.
Currently she teaches Sport Marketing and Event Management for the School of Kinesiology and Health Science. Her volunteer commitments include Ovarian Cancer Canada, Canadian Women’s Foundation and the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
